Quack, Quack

We went by the greenbelt today for our ward's playgroup...it was a lot of fun to see so many geese and ducks by the fast flowing, full river. The kids were cautioned upon arrival of the swiftness of the water and threatened should they go near it ;) Cinderella immediately declared that she would stay inside the car during the entire two hours so she wouldn't be taken down river. I had to explain that the only way that would happen was if she went near the water! We had a lot of fun feeding the feathery friends and eating our own sack lunch.



Mermaid was unsure exactly what to do, Prince Charming demonstrated and all was well!

Cinderella was a bit concerned for her safety and would NOT get off the path (unless in tow behind moi)

Prince Charming was rewarded with his very own cowboy hat and has all but slept with it in the past 24 hours since receiving it. It is his new prized possession...he LOVES to be the good guy all the while pretending everyone around him is the bad guy-he wants those brownie points for saving the good people!! We desperately wants to visit the wild, wild west and eat everything that a cowboy eats! I would LOVE to find a ranch nearby and show him a-day-in-the-life-of-a-cowboy!! He would really enjoy it! anybody know of a place??
