Thanksgiving #1

I posted this on Facebook and decided that it would be just as memorable to do this on the blog...
Day 1:
I am thankful for a home to call my own. It has been almost a year (the Saturday after Thanksgiving is the anniversary) that we've been here. It's surreal. We've NEVER stayed in a place this long and it's sitting pretty with me. I can't wait to have double digit years in one place!! I think we're going to have a party every year for being here-we deserve it, I think...especially the kids-they have learned so much about change and adaptation...
